The IT Planner — site screenshot

The IT Planner serves small and mid-size businesses that need competent IT guidance without the enterprise price tag — a buyer who is cautious, not tech-naive, and making a real budget decision. The site needed to feel structured and professional without being cold. We used a clean light palette with deep navy and teal accents, and structured the service pages around the questions buyers actually ask: what's included, what does it cost, who handles it. Lead capture is positioned not as 'contact sales' but as 'get your plan' — reducing the perceived commitment. Internal linking was planned from day one so the site builds topical authority across IT planning, managed services, and SMB technology decision-making.
